Our physical location in the Severna Park, MD area houses an NCAA Division I quality weight room. Our weight room is invitation-only and its location will be disclosed upon booking. All of our training populations are served in our physical location.
We offer online training for a select clientele within our niches. We are well equipped technologically and professionally to deliver our knowledge and training through video conferencing and we impact clients across the nation. We have been using video conferencing long before it became popular!
Outside the weight room for young athletes, we meet them on high school fields to work on speed and skill development. We have a significant number of clients spread out in the DC and Baltimore region plus the Maryland Eastern Shore. Based on your location, we will generally meet at the following locations for speed and skill development.

We serve our nationwide clientele via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, and Facebook. Our coaching style is predicated on clear, concise communication and conscious connection as opposed to hands-on demonstration. Online coaching serves adult women and young athletes ages 6-14 just as well as in-person coaching!
The majority of our clients come to us through referrals from highly satisfied clients and trusted partners. We are busy, but we will always make time for your referrals and offer them the same meticulous white-glove service for which we are known!
