PT Strength specializes in three offerings to serve three associated populations.
Athletic Performance
We help girls and boys ages 6-18 improve athletic performance for all sports. Speed and strength are foundational qualities of every great athlete in any sport. We will get your daughter and son faster, stronger, more mobile, more flexible, more resistant to injury, and healthier to compete at their very best in their chosen sports.
Football Coaching
For football athletes ages 6-18, we provide skills instruction for all positions on the field. Our PT Strength Head Coach Phil Tran is a college football letter winner for Baylor University where he earned 1st Team Academic All-Big XII honors and won a post-graduate scholarship through football. He has eleven seasons of experience coaching high school football successfully at nearly all positions on offense, defense, and special teams.
From time to time, we get requests for training from college-aged football players. We work with a select number of college-aged football players. We take these new clients on a case-by-case basis.
Women’s Fitness
We work with adult women to enhance their health, physique, and quality of life. Our PT Strength referral network is all female and a supermajority of our adult clients are female. We understand the concerns and needs of women. We have the knowledge and professionalism to help you live your best life.
